The program provides interest-free loans to help individuals cover essential pre-departure costs such as medical, visa processing and protectorate fees, air tickets, skill-verification tests, and Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP) fee.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Parwaaz Card, applicants must meet the following requirements
Valid CNIC
Possess a valid Computerized National Identity Card
Residency
Must be a permanent resident of Punjab province
Job Offer
Valid job offer letter from an overseas employer
Maximum Salary
Salary must be less than SAR 5000 or equivalent
All documents will be verified through government databases. False information will lead to immediate disqualification.
